Sarah has documented below a meditation that she did this morning:
"I woke up feeling the need to meditate and so got into a comfortable position. I worked on my breathing which I found difficult to begin with due to a wheezy chest but eventually settled down! I made sure I my guides were with me and I was protected and then asked to be taken to my home planet. A voice in my head then said "You are on your home planet"!! Okay, I thought, we have a clever one! So instead I asked "Ok, take me to my place of origin or the planet I am most connected to"! I then found myself heading straight towards what I felt was the Pleaides. Although it is known as the seven sisters I found myself flying amongst possibly thousands of stars in that region.
I headed towards several to see if I felt a pull towards them but didn't. I eventually came to one that I began flying into without any resistance so thought that this must be the one I should go to. I landed and found myself in a beautiful outdoor setting amongst several others from 'human' looking blonde haired people to dolphin people, lion people and even a wolf person who made a point of showing me that he did not have or need sharp teeth as creatures did not eat each other here. All were sitting around a camp fire. There were tipi's around and it was explained to me that some of the things we have on Earth have originated on other places. When an animal died they would give permission for their body to be used for the good of all. The feeling was so tranquil and all communication was done telepathically. If you didn't want to be part of the telepathic conversation you could simply tune out and sit and bask in the silence. Music was made outloud as the tunes being played were a joy to the ears. All were completely at one with nature and there was a crystal chamber a short walk away used for different things like healing and realignment.
I wondered why there were so many different looking beings here when I only expected to see human looking people. They explained that just as we on Earth pop round to our families and friends houses, so they visit each other as they are intergalactic and not bound to one particular place. Within their communities and planets they each shared in each others beauty and festivities.
There were two big moons in the sky that looked as if you could reach out and touch them and lots of stars. The sky was completely clear. There was a beautiful white sandy beach with a crystal clear sea with all kinds of life in.
I could feel myself getting deeper into this meditation when all of a sudden there was someone tickling my right cheek. I knew this was one of my guides reminding me it was only a brief visit and it was now time to come back to Earth! Like a teenager I turned to my new found companions and said "Oh well, gotta go now, I have lots of work to do on Earth, I really appreciate any help and guidance you can give me during this task". We all bowed and hugged and then I started to fly away waving as I went.
I then brought my consciousness round, thanked my guides and all involved and started about my day".
