"Intrepedation, hesitancy, self restraint, remove them all from yourself and be free.
Be open to Love and be open to new opportunities that come your way as a result of setting yourself free.
These things sometimes need old chains to be removed in order to attract new circumstances in your life. Embrace them with open arms and an open mind and allow yourself to ride the crest of the wave of universal energy to take you to where you need to be.
Turn your back on all that does not serve you and face all that does. You have a choice whether to listen to my advice or not but I hope that you find yourself and come into your own power and move forwards.
You are your own judge, jury and authority figure, do not rely on someone else to tell you what to do, do as you wish but do it with grace, Love and consideration.

Archangel Michael channelling 25/07/10
"Times like these are rare, times when things don't make much sense are here, you are living in them. More and more of you are asking why, asking the questions and demanding an answer.
Continue on that path and expect your answers, don't accept anything less. So many questions need answering, so many of your leaders refuse to acknowledge the answers you seek.
You must keep up the pressure on them to be truthful for this is not their usual state and they feel uncomfortable trying to tell you the true reality.
A place of dishonesty is where they reside, where they feel safe and secure, their demons reside there with them.
They too do not always see just what it is they do, the system they champion, it must be pointed out to them in the hope that they will change just as many of you have already changed for the better.
Show them your Love and be pitiful to them because they chose the wrong path and it is for them to alter their course from the one of power, control and self indulgence.
Your world is changing, hold onto your well founded beliefs that this is the case.
I leave you now with this fact, Heaven will soon be upon your wonderful Earth, get yourselves ready and be wholly prepared dear ones.

"Bask in the glory that is you, Soak up the marvels of your beautiful life. Life is wonderful, physical senses are a pleasure to behold. Many would trade places with you so that they too could sense your physical feelings.
Enjoy them and appreciate the fact that you have them. Many don't, many will never experience what you are able to experience each day, each minute, be grateful my friends.
Appreciate what you have and make the most of your given sensations, your gifted emotions and your presented physical form. You are for now in a human body, treasure it, look after it and be thankful for it.
It is your transport for this time and this plane. Do all that you can to fill each day of your existance with joy and laughter. Love your life and above all else enjoy yourselves, you don't have that much time to be miserable and unhappy.
Go out and see the wonderful sights of nature and above you the sky, feel the wind upon your face, the Earth beneath your feet, the breath of life in your lungs.
Each is a different sensation, each is a unique gift, notice it and enjoy it for it is all yours to have.

"I send you my regards my warriors of light as you enter a new phase in your existance. And new it is, new in terms of the fight within you , the power in which you now see yourself and stand upon and within.
Hold onto that no nonsense approach and be your own authority figure. Don't rely on others to authorise things in your own life, that is for you to do my friends. You and you alone say what happens in your life, that decision, that mistake, that choice comes from you and only you.
Why not decide what you want and go with it, your life is your life, your power is your power, it was given to you at the point of your creation and it is still with you, it always will be.
Enjoy your new found authority and exercise all things from a place of Love and good intentions and you won't go far wrong dear ones.

Archangel Zadkiel channelling 13/07/10
"Dreams are your ambitions, your future desires, a place and situation that you see yourself in at a later date. Hold onto those dreams, hold onto any desires that you have and make your dreams come true, however long, however difficult, believe and it shall come true.
Don't be ashamed of having intentions of being better, a better place for you to be at, embrace progress and embrace yourself for wanting something more.
That's how you continue moving forward, it stops you remaining still. Many are comfortable staying in one place, never doing anything different, that is good for them. If it is not right for you then do something about the situation and walk forwards, move towards your desires and once you get there move forward towards your new desires and never stop wanting more.
Never stop until you reach your potential, that is progress , that is ok to desire. Don't be dissuaded by those who are static, do what you need to do for you, say hello as you pass them but don't be held back by the pace of another.
Continue at a comfortable pace for your own personal journey, some will be faster than you and some will be slower. You are all different but you are heading for the same finish line.

Galactic Federation of Light channelling 07/07/10
"Galactic Federation of Light, many of you know exactly who and what that is, many of you know that we are a coalition of star nations with many races of beings sent to Earth to help with the ascension of humankind.
We are here, we have travelled across many galaxies to be with you at this time in your history, some of us are from places you have heard of, places that you can see with your own eyes.
Whatever the case may be we are here in your skies and upon your planet. Many of you are our foot troops even though you don't realise it yet. You will know your role when you are called upon , you will know what to do.
With such help focused upon your planet right now you can get a sense of how important a job this is, the ascension of Earth and indeed yourselves is a major issue for many of those who are here to help you.
We are your friends and we are your family and we want to see you succeed. Give a little thought and a little time to review just why you are here now at this time of great importance for you all.
That may wake many of the dormant helpers up and become activated once again. You all need to wake up to the fact that you are unlimited possibility who are not to be controlled or enslaved by anyone, free yourselves and be what you really are.
Do you think that you were created to work until you die, struggle to afford to eat, have nothing and be satisfied with scarcity, you were not. You were created out of Love to enjoy life and to have plenty, to learn and experience beauty and to have joy and fun.
That shall be returned to you, demand all that is yours, that is your right and don't accept anything less my friends, you are deserving of all things. Take care dear ones and please consider all that we have said to you.

Archangel Zadkiel channelling 06/07/10
"Many of you are desperate to know what it is all about, but I say only concern yourselves with your part of the big picture. That is really all you need to know and concentrate on for now, all else is being taken care of by others.
Eventually all pieces will fit, all individual connections will fit together as one big picture including your part of the jigsaw.
Do all that you can to fulfill your role, find out what that role is and do it well so when the time comes your piece will be ready.
Everything will fall into place at just the right time, we call it divine timing. Have faith and be patient all will be revealed soon, but the time is not yet right for all these things to be known.
That is for good reasons, you could not yet cope with such revelations and challenges to your belief systems and your self emposed structures. You must learn these things gradually.
You must be eased in gently to the knowledge that is coming to you all and by that I mean to mankind. This knowledge is yours and it will be returned to you in good time, with divine timing.
